EXCHANGES

• We offer exchanges. (This applies to payments made both on instagram and via the website)
• Exchanges are only allowed for product defects or if we gave you the wrong order (not wrong sizes). We will cover the exchange logistics at no extra cost to you.
• Please ensure you provide your correct size in either UK format (Size 6 - 24) or in S, M, L, XL, 2XL format including hip, Bust, Length before payment, we cannot overemphasize this enough.
• Per our exchange policy outside of product defects, customers are responsible for pickups and returns. 
• Kindly ensure that the item you’re exchanging is unworn and in the same condition/packaging as how you received it. 
• Exchanges are only allowed within 24hrs of purchase. Above 24hrs is considered as a closed sale.
